Accessibility statement
Last updated: 12 September 2026
We want everyone to be able to read this site and any report we send, whatever they use to read it. This page says what we have done, what we know still falls short, and how to tell us when something does not work.
What we have done
- Every page declares its language, has one main heading and marks where the content starts, so a screen reader can skip the menu.
- Every picture that carries meaning has a written description; decorative ones are marked as decorative.
- Text sizes are set in relative units and the layout is checked at a 375-pixel phone width before every change goes live.
- Colour never carries a meaning on its own: the grade bands are labelled with the letter and separated by a rule, so they read the same in black and white.
- Every interactive part of a report (the folds, the filters) works with a keyboard, and we test that by pressing the keys rather than by reading the code.
- Nothing moves unless you scroll it into view, and nothing moves at all if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Contrast on every text-and-background pairing has been measured against WCAG 2.2 AA and is written down in our design notes.
What we know falls short
- A report contains a screenshot of the business's own homepage. We describe it in one line; we cannot describe the page it shows in full.
- Some of the free tools a report links to, on other people's websites, are not themselves fully accessible. We link to them because they are the best free way to check a claim, not because we vouch for their design.
Tell us
If any part of this site or of a report does not work for you, write to marcelo@kazap.co.uk and say what happened and what you were using. We will reply within a working day and fix what we can. If we cannot, we will send you the content in another form.
The standard
We work to WCAG 2.2 level AA as the benchmark. As a private company we are under the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments, and we treat the standard as what reasonable looks like.
