What the report is

A YLB Score report is an assessment of a business's public presence, built from the public pages of its website and from public records, and read by a person before it is sent. It is general information to help you decide what, if anything, to do about your website. It is not legal, financial, security or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that a website is secure, compliant or complete.

We take care to make every statement in a report true and checkable on the date it was made. Websites change, records change and the rules change, so a report describes the day it was written and not any day after. Where we could not confirm something from the outside, the report says 'not confirmed' rather than guessing.

What the report is not

It is not a security test. We do not probe, scan for weaknesses or attempt to log in to anything, and we will not do so without a signed authorisation from the business concerned. Anything of that kind is a separate piece of work, agreed in writing, at a fixed fee.

The report is yours

You may read your report, keep it, print from it and share it with whoever you like, including another supplier. We ask only that you do not edit it and present the result as ours.

Using this website

You may browse this site and use its contents for your own information. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

Content and accuracy

The content of this site is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The YLB Score and Kazap names, the marks and the content of this site are owned by Kazap Technologies Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or of a report, or from reliance on their contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where this site or a report links to a third-party website or tool, the link is provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
