Cookies

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This website sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences, not for anything. It runs no code in your browser at all, so there is no tracking pixel, no fingerprinting script and no third-party beacon. You arrived, you are reading a page, and that is the whole of the transaction.

That is also why there is no cookie banner. UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, alongside UK GDPR) requires your consent before non-essential cookies are set. Our answer is simpler: we set none, so there is nothing to agree to.

Why we built it this way

Because our report marks other businesses down for tracking visitors before asking. A site that did the same while saying so would deserve the grade it got. A site with no cookies is also faster, has less to secure, and needs no legal machinery to stay honest. It is the version we would recommend to you, so it is the one we run.

The one exception you might see

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which shields it from attacks. In rare circumstances, for example when it needs to tell you apart from an automated attack, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie such as __cf_bm. Cookies of that kind are exempt from the consent requirement because the service cannot be provided securely without them. They expire quickly, they are scoped to this site alone, and they are not used to track you anywhere else. We do not see their contents and we do not use them.

The reports we host

A report page is the same: no cookies, no scripts from anyone else, nothing sent anywhere. It remembers which sections you had open, in your own browser only, for as long as the tab is open, and forgets it after.

How to check for yourself

Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site, look at the storage or cookies panel, and you will find it empty, with at most the Cloudflare security cookie described above. If you ever find something else, we would genuinely like to know: marcelo@kazap.co.uk.

If that ever changes

If we ever introduce something that needs your consent, this page will say so plainly, the date at the top will change, and a proper consent mechanism will appear before anything is set, not after.
