- Write a page of website terms and link it from the footer.
The technical version, for your web person
terms link. An <a> whose href or text contains 'terms' or 'conditions'.
What the check reads. A terms page: an anchor whose href or text says terms/conditions, OR a terms (or disclaimer / legal notice) SECTION HEADING inside a legal page fetched this scan. A section found inside another page earns the point and gets a LOW 'deserves its own page' finding; prose alone never counts.
