A phone number you can tap
A visitor on a phone should be able to tap your number and be ringing you. That needs the number to be a proper link, not just digits on the page. It is also one of the details search engines use to place you on the map.
If you choose not to publish a number, that is a legitimate decision; the report simply records that it is not there.

Open your site on a phone and tap the number. It should open the dialler.
How to fix it
- Have your web person make the number a tap-to-call link wherever it appears.
- Keep it identical to the number on your Google Business Profile.
