We could not confirm your outgoing mail carries a signature

A signature on outgoing mail lets the receiving side prove a message really came from you and was not altered on the way. Without it, your messages are easier to forge and more likely to land in the junk folder.

We cannot always see this from outside, so the report says 'not confirmed' rather than 'missing'. A one-minute check with whoever runs your email settles it.
