Buyers filter at about four and a half stars. Below that line a business is quietly skipped, whatever its website says. Above it, reviews do more for local trade than any change to the site.

How to fix it

  1. Claim your Google Business Profile if you have not.
  2. Ask happy customers for a review, one at a time, with the link. Slow and steady beats a burst.
