We could not find your mail servers

Somewhere public there should be a line saying where email for your domain is delivered. Without it, mail to you at that address may not arrive at all, and the sender will not know.

If your email works, this may be a domain you do not use for mail, which is fine. If it does not, this is why.

  1. Ask whoever runs your email which mail records to publish, and have your domain provider add them.

MX. A DNS MX record for the domain. We resolve over DNS-over-HTTPS with two resolvers, and a resolver failure is reported as 'could not check', never as 'absent'.
